Movement is for everyBODY and is vital for a healthy mind, soul, and body. PureLife Pilates has a variety of group classes as well as privates and semi-privates to choose from that are geared toward your fitness needs and goals. All classes are designed to strengthen and tone your entire body while working on coordination, balance, flexibility, and breathing to maximize your workout. There are modifications available in each class level; please talk with your instructor if you need any adjustments. If you are unsure about a class, please email PureLife Pilates to discuss ability, injuries, past surgeries, and general health information to find a class best suited for you or to inquire about private and semi-private sessions. PureLife Pilates highly recommends starting your Pilates journey with a private or semi-private session before joining a group setting.
Great for clients new to reformer and those that want a slower paced class to focus on form and mind body connection and learn specific exercise movements.
Great for clients who understand the pilates principles and are more familiar with the exercises and want to challenge themselves with more reps and harder moves. Not recommended for those who are recovering from an injury or recent surgeries.
Cranking up the heat from Level 2 adding spicier moves and longer holds, as well as more intense springs and reps. This class is great if you want to take your pilates fitness classes to the next level (pun intended). In order to take advanced classes you must have taken Level 1 and 2 classes. Not recommended for those who are recovering from an injury or recent surgeries.
Bring a sweat towel because it is about to get hot in here.. This class is sure to bring your heart rate up. Jumpboard is a fun, high-energy, upbeat class where you get to use a flat board connected to the front of the reformer. Jumpboard incorporates moves on your back, side body, and front-facing exercises guaranteed to challenge your whole body. Suitable for all levels; however if you are unsure please book a private and/or semi-private and request to incorporate jumpboard in the session. Not recommended for those who are recovering from an injury or recent surgeries.
