Fitness has always been a passion of mine and the moment I went on a reformer I became obsessed with it and wanted to share it with the world through teaching. I always tell my clients we will work both big and small muscles to tone and stretch to lengthen the body. My goal is to create a flow of movement that encompasses the entire body as well as challenging the brain. I take so much joy in helping others feel better than when they came into my studio.

As a Pilates instructor, I empower individuals to achieve and maintain an optimal state of well-being. A consistent Pilates practice can help people of all movement backgrounds and skill levels feel more confident in their bodies and experience the benefits of improved movement at every stage of life. Imagine being able to get out of bed in the morning with no (or minimal) pain or stiffness… Pilates can help you cultivate a strong and supple body that doesn’t ache incessantly.

Hello, I am Kristi Gage, and love Pilates! I started my own practice 6 years ago when a friend suggested it for lower back pain. I quickly found this new way of movement as true medicine. It is now an essential part of my life. I have been in education for 20 years, so it was a natural progression to want to teach others. I am trained with balanced body and truly enjoy teaching at Purelife Reformer. I appreciate my families support to share pilates with all ages and all body types!

I bring over a decade of experience in reformer Pilates, having practiced for 11 years and taught for the past year. With a 15-year background in ballet and experience as a former collegiate athlete, I have developed a strong foundation in body awareness, alignment, and movement quality. I am highly attentive to individual needs and pride myself on offering thoughtful modifications to support all fitness levels and abilities.
I recently graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2025, where I also gained experience teaching at a local studio.
