Studio Information and Policies:

Be Mindful - Out of courtesy to others, please arrive on time and silence your devices.

Waivers - All clients need to sign waivers and have waivers on file before attending a class.

Attire Policy - Grip socks are required for safety purposes and are available for purchase. Please do not wear long jewelry or apparel with long strings that can get caught in the machine. Additionally, please avoid wearing any apparel with zippers or metal to prevent damage to the upholstery on the reformer. Please wear your hair up with a soft tie, avoiding any metal or clips that could damage the machine. Also, refrain from applying oily skincare prior to attending class.

Classes - We offer single class, 4, 8, and 12 classes per month memberships. Classes are to be used within the month and do not roll over if not used. No walk-ins are available; classes must be booked online due to the limited number of machines. Please email or call to schedule privates, duets, and trios.

Prenatal and Postpartum- It is the responsibility of the client to inform our instructors when you become pregnant.  All pregnant and postpartum clients will need to get a doctor's approval prior to attending a pilates class.  

Vertigo, Past Surgeries, Injuries - It is the responsibility of the client to inform PureLife Pilates Instructors of any past surgeries/upcoming surgeries, injuries. As well as if they suffer or still suffering from vertigo.

Waitlist Policy-  If the class you want to take is full please add yourself to the waitlist.  The waitlist will have no cue or will not automatically add you into the class if a spot opens.  Once a spot is available an email or text will be sent out to everyone on the waitlist the first client to respond will be added to the class. 

Cancellation Policy - PureLife Pilates requires a 3-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your session. Any session canceled or rescheduled less than 3 hours in advance will be charged the full amount or credit of the booked class. If you would like to cancel your membership, please allow 30 days in advance to avoid auto-renewal charges.

Refund Policy - All sales are final. All sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
